School Development Planning

The School Development Plan is a key part of the Governments focus on school improvement. Even though the requirement to complete the on-line OFSTED self evaluation form (SEF) is being dropped each school will still be required to maintain a local self evaluation form (SEF). The School Development Plan/Planning comes from the Self Evaluation that is carried out. This is an on-going process of self evaluation and development planning rather than just before an Ofsted inspection.
